      How do I create an account?

      Creating a New Earth Body customer account allows you to store shipping information so that you do not have to enter it every time you place an order. New Earth Body does not store credit card information for your security. You may also keep track of all purchases made while logged into your account. Create an account here.

      How can I recover/change my password?

      If you cannot remember your password or need to change your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the account log in page. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account and click the submit button. After clicking the submit button, you will be emailed a “reset password” link along with directions as to how to recover or change your password.

      How do I update my account information?

      You can update your account information by logging into your customer Account.

      I am getting emails, but I can't login?

      If you are receiving email notifications from New Earth Body, you may not have a NewEarthBody.com account yet. Create an account here.

      How do I subscribe to your email newsletter?

      You may subscribe to our emails by entering your email address in the Sign Up & Save 25% Email Signup field in the footer of our site.

      How do I unsubscribe to your email newsletter?

      To be removed from our email list, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of the email received.


      Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, International Orders

      What Methods of Payment are accepted?

      Currently New Earth Body accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, America Express, MasterCard, Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. Please note that at this time we do not accept pre-paid gift cards, other than New Earth Body eGift Cards.

      Where can I track my order?

      Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number.

      Can I cancel my order?

      When an order is placed on NewEarthBody.com we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We're unable to cancel or change an order once it's submitted.

      My Order shows delivered, where is it?

      With the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation, please contact your local Post Office or UPS (depending on which carrier delivered your order) for any further delivery details. If you are unable to locate it through the carrier, please email New Earth Body at info@NewEarthBody.com.

      What happens if a product is backordered?

      Should an item on your order be out-of-stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

      What are your delivery options?

      All orders ship for free from USPS or UPS. We ship only within the U.S.A.

      I received damaged products, what is your return policy?

      Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported within 14 days of delivery in order to be replaced. Please notify us by email at info@newearthbody.com and send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of what is defective/damaged. For all other returns, there's a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      I returned my order, where is my refund?

      New Earth Body will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving and processing your returned order in our warehouse.

      Do you offer gift wrapping services?

      We do not currently offer gift wrapping services. However, our gift sets do come in a custom white and green mailer box with brown kraft crinkle paper.

      Where do I enter a promo code?

      To apply a promotional code to your order, please enter your code into the discount code field at checkout and click apply.

      I forgot to enter a promo code on my recent order, can I apply it now?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to add a discount to an order after it's been placed.

      Are there limits to promo codes?

      Only one promotional code per order is allowed. Available for US customers only.



      Gift Cards


      Do you offer gift cards?

      We currently offer eGift Cards. You may purchase one here.


      Can a gift card be used more than once?

      Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on your gift card.


      Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

      Yes, you can redeem another gift card during checkout.


      How do I check my balance?

      If a gift card is associated with your New Earth Body customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. If you don’t have a New Earth Body customer account, you can contact info@NewEarthBody.com and they will provide the information for you.


      Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

      No, you can’t use a gift card to buy another gift card.


      Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

      Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.


      Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?

      Discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards.

       

      Why Organic

      What is the difference between "natural" and organic?

      New Earth Body goes beyond natural. "Natural" products are not regulated so any company can label their products "natural" if they have a few ingredients from the earth. Natural products range from some pretty good companies trying to do the right thing … to hundreds of personal care companies that are using the term "natural" for marketing purposes.

      However, "Organic" goes further than "Natural". If a product is labeled Organic on the front of the package then generally, the products contain USDA certified organic ingredients from farms that use a system of farming that maintains and replenishes soil fertility without the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers. All of New Earth Body’s ingredients are either certified organic or non-GMO verified; as indicated on our products’ labels.


      Are your skincare products vegan?

      New Earth Body's skincare is mostly vegan with the exception of the shaving cream and sugar body scrub that contain organic raw honey.


      Are New Earth Body products certified as USDA organic?

      New Earth Body's organic ingredients are certified by a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) approved agency. We are working to get our product blends themselves USDA organic certified.

       

      Why use skincare products made with organic ingredients?

      Scientific studies have proven that skin can absorb up to 64% of what you place on it. Organic beauty products and foods are spared the application of toxic and persistent insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and fertilizers. Many Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved pesticides were registered long before extensive research linked these chemicals to cancer and other diseases. In the long run, organic farming techniques provide a safer, more sustainable environment for everyone. 


      What is the shelf life of New Earth Body products?

      Best if used within six months from handcrafted date marked on product. Essential oils lose potency over time. We always recommend to store products in a cool place away from direct heat and sunlight. That’s why our oil blends are bottled in amber glass. It’s also best to keep moisture out of the bottle as water will enable bacteria to grow. We do add vitamin E oil to all of our products. Vitamin E oil is not considered a preservative by purists, however, it does help to slow the oxidation in vulnerable ingredients. Oxidation is what happens when exposure to air or oxygen starts to compromise the oils or other ingredients.
